Not sure about that one. I don't recall him pulling away his collar. Not sure if it has any significance, though. Perhaps it's just a filler in there to make the battle look more badass. I don't think he would want to show Itachi his scar. It almost seems as though he's embarrassed about it. I'm sure Itachi knows about the cursed seal, so showing him that he let Orochimaru take advantage of him would be a stab in the back for Sasuke. Though, I must say... Itachi and Kyuubi are likely to contain the curse seal. Remember the black flames? They remind me of something Orochimaru did to Naruto's stomach, though that was more purple-ish.
