Watched Hikaru no Go episode 30. Took a two hour nap. Watched Full Metal Alchemist episode 34. What an entertaining and interesting life I lead.
Full Metal Alchemist episode 34 Warning: Spoilers
Congratulations, FMA. This is the first revealing episode you've had in a long time.
The episode started off with Lieutenant Armstrong fighting the fat dude with the hammer (he wasn't even given a name). The funniest part about this mini-battle was when Armstrong turned the fat dude's sledge hammer into a mini-sculpture of himself. A little conceited, eh?
After that, we see Greed, Demante (or whatever his name is), the fat dude with the hammer, and Al escaping the Devil's Nest and headed into a log cabin. Lust and Gluttony appear, and kill Demante and the fat dude with the hammer, which Greed and Al split.
Camera is shifted to Dante's house, and what appears to be Envy chorkeling. Greed spits up Philosopher's Stones and at that point Ed comes in. Ed fights Greed by controlling the amount of carbon in his shielded-armor. He uses his sword arm to slice a hole in greeds chest. We see an ending scene where Greed tells Ed that to defeat a homonculus, you need to weaken them. You need to find the bones of the one they were created from (as we all know that a homonculus is created by the failure of Body Alchemy by an alchemist). Greed dies, and we see the sun rising.
Ed, Winry, and Al meet up with Izumi and her husband. They bury Dante and set up two tombstones; one for Dante and one for Greed. Finally, we see Winry, Ed, and Al on a hilltop saying goodbye to Izumi. They say that they will meet her again eventually.
